Lucy Hill is a corporate climber. When she is offered an opportunity to restructure a manufacturing plant for her company, her ambition kicks into high gear. Unfortunately, low gear is what you need to survive in the mid-western hinterlands. So while city-girl Lucy works on the company, the rural town works on her, and she discovers that there may be more to life than a high-rise corner office.
