Sermon Illustrations from The Lorax (2012)

Based on Dr. Seuss' stewardship tale, The Lorax tells the story of Ted, a young boy with a searing crush on Audrey, the girl-next-door, who wants nothing more than to see a real live tree. They live in the artificial town of Thneedville, where everything, even the air, is manufactured. In hopes of winning Audrey's affections, Ted sets out on a quest to leave the confines of Thneedville to meet with the mysterious Once-ler, who alone possesses knowledge about the vanished forest.
