Sermon Illustrations from Thor (2011)

Cast out from Asgard by Odin for his arrogant disregard for his father's rules, Thor, the Norse god of thunder, plummets to Earth where he is discovered by scientist Jane Foster and her crew. Stripped of his powers, Thor must learn to set aside his pride, and find redemption. Only then will he have what it takes to battle the evil that has followed him to Earth.
